Happy Birthday this week to Jill Egbert, Me, Wendy, Katelyn, and Amber! here is my schedule for this week, I know its a little late, but I hope everyone is still doing well. Aspen, Robert told me you were going to start running this week, don't over do it! Power walking, maybe a light jog.
Monday June 27th- Day Off ( Sunday went on 6 mile family bike ride)
Tuesday June 28th- 3 miles
Wednesday June 29th- Cross training- Weights, bike, or swim
Thursday June 30th- 3 miles
Friday July 1st- Cross training- weights, bike, or swim
Saturday July 2nd- 5K Run at Cabin!!
Sunday July 3rd- Day Off
Ran 3 miles today ,so hot!! Robert started running with a hydration pack to get used to weight and see if it helped him. He said it made a big difference! I think on Thursday's run I will run with a camel pack and see how it goes. August is a horrible time to train and race.
ReplyDeleteMonday I ran with Paul and died. I am going for a bike ride tonight. I was at wabelos day camp all day,it was hot. I am going running in the morning with Paul again. Good idea about the hydration pack.
